4.   Fees and No Refund Policy. The fee that you are charged to order a instant search is a search fee only, regardless if any records are found or not. You understand and agree to pay the search fee for all responses returned from our instant searches, even if said responses include 'no records found'. You agree to pay the fees associated with the use of the www.criminal123.com databases by providing us with a valid credit card. You hereby certify that you are the authorized user of the credit card and that we take credit card fraud and non-payment very seriously. We may work with law enforcement agencies and private parties to address these issues if and when they occur. www,Criminal123.com reserves the right to suspend service to any delinquent account without notice. All purchases are final. Criminal123.com enforces a 'No-Refund Policy' and will not refund fees for cases in which you enter incorrect information, nor is Criminal123.com obligated to rerun a report with corrected information. Every search that is processed through our systems incurs fixed and variable costs for us, we do not get the records for free, and its very expensive to maintain them. Whether the search results yield hundreds of offense records, or none at all, orders are fulfilled using our rigorous standards and certified processes. Any charge-backs resulting from an order that falls under the 'No Refund Policy' will be sent to a collection attorney for immediate processing and will incur a $75.00 charge in addition to the disputed amount per disputed item, and if not paid may results in adverse effects on the customer's credit report. 5.   Databases Provided: I have read the descriptions of the databases of www.Criminal123.com and note that criminal records subject to this Agreement included on each search page within The Site or attached hereto and understand the depth and/or limitations of the contents of each database.

6.   Coverage Area.:  All customers must review our coverage area before conducting and Statewide or Nationwide Criminal Search. I have read and agree to our search coverage areas for each state. Criminal123.com is not responsible for the accuracy of the coverage area, and reserves the right to modify the coverage area without notice. Coverage areas are updated monthly. 

7.   Records: I understand that all information contained in and re-sold by www.Criminal123.com is compiled from public records obtained from state, local and federal government offices and may not be 100% complete or accurate. Juvenile records are not covered. If someone committed a crime before the age of 18, the info will not show up in our database or any other public record.
